When Kishwer Merchant took to social media to joke about the season premiere of Bigg Boss 10, little did she know that her candid statement will severely backfire.

Kishwer’s much-popular show Brahmarakshas airs at the same time as the first episode of Salman Khan’s controversial reality show. The former Bigg Boss contestant took to Instagram to share a picture of her from the show and captioned it, “Wanna do somethg different today..watch #brahmarakshasInstead of #biggboss10 at 9pm on@zeetv #appumaa ya#brahmarakshas..who will be present at#rishab and #raina 's reception !!!
DO NOT MISS !!! (sic).”



Soon after, fans began commenting on the post saying that she was “selfish” and a “backstabber”, to which she later replied saying that it was only a joke.





We wonder if netizens are capable of taking jokes at all.

Kishwer Merchant and boyfriend Suyyash Rai became household names after their stint at Bigg Boss, Season 9. The couple is all set to tie the knot soon.
